This is overdue. Carlos and Charley and the fellows who work there are really nice guys. They're willing to go out of their way to give great service at fair and reasonable prices. The trust they inspire from good business practice is only surpassed by their skill. For example, most times I drive my wife's Denali, I do something to it that she sees (and Carlos corrects). I've had benders as well, and I get it straight and fair from them. We've had specialty paint jobs on our vehicles and not a week goes by that comments on looks and quality are not mentioned. So, while I'm not--thankfully--a "frequent" customer like Costco, and while I have been unhappy about being a customer, I'm always glad to see them. They'll fix it.
